Compilation error due to SDK (probably) incompatibility

Hi,

I am unable to build my project originally coded in Linux on to visual studio 2017 in windows10. A possible cause is missing headers/libraries for some of the Windows-equivalent Linux libraries used by the main code. How to get those libraries ?

I seem to have correctly installed SDK version 10.0.17763.0, Intel MKL library, Intel C++ compiler 18.0 installed with VS2017.
