How to use GDB?

I have:
ubuntu 18.04, ICC latest (19.1) and problem:

/opt/intel/debugger_2019/gdb/intel64/bin# ./gdb-ia
./gdb-ia: error while loading shared libraries: libipt.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
